Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas in Denver is seeking a Regional Project Manager – Data Centers to lead and coordinate all phases of data center projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget. The role requires collaborating with customers, contractors, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Based in the Denver area with 50-75% travel across the West region, the role offers a growth path within a world‑class HVAC leader and includes a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive base

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience with a combination of Commercial HVAC work and/or Data Centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relatable field.
• New construction project management experience related to mechanicals.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours/weekends, as required.
• 50% - 75% travel.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of data center projects, from initial planning through final warranty and maintenance, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Establishes fulfillment budget and maintains forecasted cost at completion.
• Manages project cash-flow: progress billing, collections support and resource management.
• Develops detailed project plans, staffing strategies, and schedules with project teams.
• Obtains customer acceptance and timely sign-off; ensures successful warranty transition.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
