Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience with a combination of Commercial HVAC work and/or Data Centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relatable field. Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• New construction project management experience related to mechanicals (chiller installation/commissioning).
• Willingness to travel 50% - 75% and flexibility to work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of data center projects from planning through warranty and maintenance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and allocate resources.
• Prepare proposals, progress reports, and manage change orders and risk analyses.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
