Job summary

Serverfarm, a leading data center developer and operator, is hiring a High-Volume Recruiter for a 3-month contract with potential full-time conversion. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for data center technicians, engineers, managers, and chief engineers across aggressive hiring plans.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-volume recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience with ATS systems (Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting for data center roles (technicians, engineers, managers).
• Strong understanding of staffing models and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for high-volume data center roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with data center experience
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals
• Maintain ATS records (Lever preferred)
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers
• Ensure strong candidate experience while maintaining speed and compliance
• Support hiring surges for new data center builds
• Collaborate on process improvements with HR and TA
