Job summary

SpaceXSI is hiring a Receiving Specialist to support data center operations in Mississippi. You will ensure fast, accurate receipt and processing of servers, GPUs, and other critical components, validating paperwork, labelling, and staging for construction and operations.

The role requires forklift experience, ERP/WMS proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing/tech environment. Flexible shifts and 24/7 support may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and transact receipts in ERP/WMS.
• Verify received items against paperwork, check for damage and quantities.
• Create/print routing labels and identifiers for received materials.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming paperwork.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document non-conformances as required.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory locations.
• Coordinate returns and reverse logistics with internal teams.
• Operate forklifts and powered equipment per safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized receiving and staging areas.
• Support material flow including kitting and staging for operations.
