Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a Receiving Specialist for data center operations in the Memphis/Southaven area. You will be responsible for accurate receipt, inspection, and processing of high-value servers, GPUs, networking gear, power systems, and cooling infrastructure to keep construction and operations on track.

In this role you will verify shipments, transact receipts in ERP/WMS, label and stage items, and maintain comprehensive records.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency.
3+ years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing environment.
Experience in a receiving role (3+ years preferred).
Experience with ERP systems and scanning equipment (RF scanner, handheld scanner, etc.).
Experience operating a forklift and other powered equipment.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Receive materials and transact receipts in ERP/WMS; process holds or exceptions.
Verify material against paperwork, check for damage and correct parts/quantities.
Create/print routing labels and identifiers for received material.
Maintain accurate records of incoming paperwork and documentation.
Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or delays.
Document non-conformance occurrences per procedures.
Perform cycle counts and review inventory for location accuracy.
Coordinate return shipments and reverse logistics.
Operate forklifts and other powered equipment per safety procedures.
Maintain housekeeping in receiving and staging areas.
Support material flow to construction and operations teams, including kitting and staging.
