Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support data center and supercomputer operations in Southaven, MS / Memphis, TN. You will analyze inventory data, drive accuracy, optimize stock levels and material flow for servers, GPUs, and other critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis on variances, generating dashboards, and collaborating with operations, procurement, and finance on planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inventory analysis or related experience.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL.
• 6+ years of inventory analysis or control in a warehouse, distribution, or high-volume operations environment (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience with Jira (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory transactions, levels, usage, and discrepancies to maintain accuracy and identify trends.
• Perform root-cause analysis on variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Generate reports and dashboards on inventory metrics, turnover, aging, accuracy, and KPIs.
• Support cycle count programs; reconcile physical vs. system inventory.
• Maintain and improve data quality in ERP/WMS systems; ensure traceability.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance on planning and material flow.
• Identify and drive process improvements for receiving, storage, kitting, issuance, and staging.
• Track and report on high-value assets and critical parts for 24/7 operations.
