Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Data Center Onboarding & Development professional to own and deliver new hire training across multiple data center locations. You will serve as the onsite face of the onboarding experience for new hires and managers, coordinating spaces, trainers, and materials.

You will partner with program managers to deploy onboarding and upskilling initiatives, track progress, and continuously improve content based on stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical data center role.
• Experience in data center technical facilitation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results.
• Demonstrated ownership and a track record of driving results.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate portions of the new hire technical training program, including welcome sessions and data center tours.
• Coordinate onboarding and training spaces, scheduling trainers and facilitators, printing materials, and identifying venues for large cohorts.
• Communicate onboarding schedules, expectations, and logistics to new hires and managers.
• Track training progress and address gaps with managers and trainers, providing program reporting.
• Partner with core program managers to implement onboarding, early career, and upskilling programs across the data center organization.
• Collaborate with site stakeholders to understand local training needs and improve content and delivery.
