Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, is seeking a full-time QA/QC Manager-Data Center in Lithia Springs, Georgia. You will assist in QA standards, develop QA/QC plans, and manage QA/QC deliverables across multiple levels.

The role requires 5–10 years of electrical construction experience and at least 4 years in QAQC or commissioning. Data center experience is preferred, with strong communication and software proficiency emphasized.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' electrical construction experience (industrial or commercial).
• Minimum 4 years' experience in QAQC or Commissioning of electrical systems.
• Proficiency with Industry Standard QAQC/CX software.
• HS Diploma/GED.
• Data Center experience preferred; electrical field experience optional but desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development of Quality Assurance standards and continuous improvement evaluations and revisions.
• Develops project QA/QC plans and ensures implementation with Project Team.
• Manages deliverables of all L1, L2, L3 QAQC, Testing, and CX coordination.
• Works with the project CX Team to close out L4/L5 CX activities.
• Trains and evaluates project QA/QC staff in all Quality related activities on the project.
• Coordinates Quality Reviews with project teams and submits reviews to management.
• Performs onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
• Reports QA/QC activities through project-specific software and internal communications.
• Ensures installations are correct the first time by working with Project Team.
