Job summary

MFCP is seeking a Manager of Quality and Safety – Data Centers to establish and lead a new quality department for high-volume hose and fluid-conveyance production. This role drives customer-focused inspection, testing, traceability, and release controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years progressive manufacturing quality experience; 8+ preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or people-management experience.
• Hands-on experience with inspection, test, nonconformance, CAPA, and product traceability.
• Experience evaluating quality or manufacturing software and connected tools.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001; AS9100 a plus.
• Strong root cause and corrective action skills.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and lead a new quality department for high-volume Data Center hose production.
• Translate customer specs into inspection, test, and release criteria.
• Own incoming, in-process, and final quality, including traceability.
• Evaluate and integrate software and hardware for QC and data capture.
• Deploy Bluetooth torque tracking and connected-tool controls.
• Build a layered process-control stack to prevent out-of-spec units.
• Lead quality technicians and manage performance.
