Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for our data center campus construction. You will own the owner-side QA/QC program, ensure conformance with design documents, and maintain independent reporting separate from schedule pressures.

You will audit contractor programs, manage NCRs, and partner with the Commissioning Manager to verify turnover readiness and quality handover to operations. On-site leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction quality (QA/QC) experience on large‑scale, fast‑tracked projects.
• Familiarity with CSA and MEP QA/QC scopes, inspection/test plans, NCRs and turnover docs.
• Proficiency with Procore (or equivalent) and standard QA/QC tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the owner-side QA/QC program for campus projects and provide independent verification.
• Audit contractor QA/QC programs and verify inspections, tests, and documentation.
• Identify, document, and drive closure of nonconformances and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Commissioning Manager to ensure turnover readiness and asset completion.
