Job summary

Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. in Englewood, CO is seeking a Manager of Quality and Safety – Data Centers to lead product quality for Data Center hose and fluid-conveyance production.

This role will establish a quality department within a high-volume manufacturing environment and partner with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to translate customer requirements into effective inspection, testing, traceability, and release controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive manufacturing quality experience; 8+ preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/people-management experience.
• Hands-on with inspection, test, nonconformance, CAPA, and traceability.
• Experience with quality software, connected tools, and shop-floor data systems.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001; AS9100 is a plus.
• Proficiency with data analysis and root-cause tools like 5-Why or 8D.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and lead a new quality department for high-volume Data Center hose and fluid-assembly production.
• Translate customer specifications into inspection, test, and release criteria before launch.
• Own incoming, in-process, and final quality including traceability and ship/hold decisions.
• Evaluate and integrate software/hardware for assembly, test, and QC with connected tools.
• Lead quality technicians and manage personnel decisions within authority.
• Establish quality objectives, plans, schedules, and KPI monitoring.
• Manage internal/external quality audits and corrective actions.
• Investigate complaints and drive root cause and lasting action with partners.
