Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally involving fluid power, hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial hose assemblies.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting project priorities, and drive tasks to completion with minimal daily supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production workflows, work instructions, and assembly methods for data center hose systems.
• Develop testing criteria and quality checkpoints to ensure zero-defect shipments.
• Author BOMs, routings, and 2D/3D models using CAD and ERP systems.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting on the shop floor to resolve bottlenecks, component issues, or testing failures.
• Translate technical specs into manufacturing steps with sales and purchasing in cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead lean initiatives to reduce lead times, eliminate waste, and mentor technicians.
