Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance programs across our projects. The role requires strategic leadership and deep knowledge of industry quality control practices to ensure products meet established standards.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional quality initiatives, mentor staff, and maintain documentation ensuring regulatory alignment. This position is based on-site and offers growth within a stable energy infrastructure organization.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in a related field plus two years' experience in construction quality control.
• 10 years in construction quality control for similar facilities such as construction installations on large, commercial buildings.
• OSHA 30
• 20 hours Continuing Education
• Ability to read and understand construction documents (contracts/subcontracts, purchase documents, plans and specifications).
• Proven ability to supervise, communicate and lead project personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality standards and procedures aligned with regulations and customer requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of all quality control activities and communicate changes to the organization.
• Lead or support cross-functional quality improvement projects with data analysis and root-cause techniques.
• Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to inform decisions and prepare management reports.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, project planning, and fabrication to resolve quality issues.
