IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical seeks a full-time QA/QC Manager-Data Center in Lithia Springs, GA. The role requires authorized work status in the United States for full-time employment without sponsorship.

The manager will develop QA standards, manage QA/QC deliverables, and coordinate CX activities across project teams. Responsibilities include onsite inspections, reporting, onboarding, and training QA/QC staff to ensure installations meet specifications on the first pass.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of electrical (industrial or commercial) construction experience.
• Minimum 4 years in QA/QC or commissioning of electrical systems.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Proficiency with industry-standard QAQC/CX software.
• HS Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing QA standards and continuous improvement evaluations and revisions.
• Develop project-specific QA/QC plans and ensure implementation with the Project Team.
• Manage deliverables of all QA/QC, Testing, and CX coordination.
• Coordinate QA/QC reviews with project teams and submit reviews to management.
• Perform onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
• Report all QA/QC activities through project software and internal communications.
• Train and evaluate QA/QC staff on quality-related activities.
• Work with Project Team to ensure installations are correct the first time.
