Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time QA/QC Manager-Data Center in Auburn, Alabama. The role supports QA/QC standards, project-specific plans, and coordination with the CX team to ensure quality from kickoff to handover.

The ideal candidate has substantial electrical construction experience, data center exposure preferred, and strong communication and analytical abilities. Onsite work with a focus on accuracy and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' electrical construction experience (industrial/commercial).
• Minimum 4 years in QAQC or commissioning of electrical systems.
• Proficiency with industry-standard QAQC/CX software.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of QA/QC standards and continuous improvement.
• Develop project-specific QA/QC plans and ensure implementation with Project Team.
• Manage deliverables for L1-L3 QA/QC, Testing, and CX coordination.
• Coordinate QA/QC reviews with project teams and management.
• Perform onsite inspections of equipment/installations and report QA/QC activities.
