Job summary

Prime Data Centers seeks a seasoned QA/QC Program Engineer to own the verification chain for OFCI equipment, from factory testing to field turnover. This role partners with procurement, engineering, commissioning, and construction to ensure 100% conformance to submittals and drawings.

You will manage factory witness testing, drive RCA, document findings with an objective evidence trail, and coordinate with site teams to close issues on time.

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years QA/QC in mission-critical data center construction.
• Experience with equipment submittals and inspections.
• Familiarity with OQE principles and documentation standards.
• Experience witnessing FAT of electrical/mechanical gear.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA/QC verification chain from factory to field turnover.
• Lead factory witness testing and FAT documentation.
• Perform audits of documentation and drive RCA.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and GC to resolve issues.
• Maintain asset tagging, traceability, and data integrity.
• Escalate systemic documentation failures to Operations.
• Lead or support audits and lessons-learned sessions.
• Travel to domestic and international project sites as needed.
