Qualifications

• 4+ years engineering in mission critical facilities (data centers, power, or oil and gas).
• 4+ years of commissioning experience.
• 5+ years engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience researching new designs and construction methods for data center equipment.
• Experience in commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead QAQC processes across data center projects from pre-design to turnover and beyond.
• Review design documents for constructability, maintainability, and QA measures.
• Develop and maintain QC plans and inspection checklists.
• Conduct onsite QAQC inspections for installations per AWS standards.
• Coordinate with third‑party QA agents to ensure comprehensive QAQC.
• Facilitate QC meetings with stakeholders to address quality issues.
• Monitor quality KPIs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document and track defects to timely resolution.
• Deliver QC turnover packages for each project phase.
• Conduct final quality reviews with stakeholders prior to handover.
• Share QAQC learnings with end customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing QA data.
