Job summary

KALCON is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality programs on a Data Center construction project.

You will develop site QC processes, run daily huddles, mentor teams, and coordinate with MEP and site operations to ensure compliance and performance.

This full-time on-site role requires extensive Civil/Structural QA/QC experience and proficiency with Procore and Cx Alloy, delivering top-tier results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Proven Civil/Structural QAQC experience on large projects.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical construction.
• Experience with QA/QC processes in construction or MEP projects.
• Familiarity with Procore and Cx Alloy platforms.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client as GC QA/QC Manager for a Data Center project.
• Develop and implement the Quality Control Program (QCP) and site QC plans.
• Lead daily QC huddles to review activities and enforce quality standards.
• Mentor QC Associates and site teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Prepare monthly QC performance metrics and reports.
• Maintain complete QC documentation, including third-party inspections.
• Collaborate with MEP managers to verify commissioning deliverables.
• Audit daily/deficiency/inspection logs for compliance.
• Provide weekly QC status updates to Senior QC Manager.
• Ensure safety practices are integrated into QC programs.
