Job summary

CBRE Direct Line is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist to manage daily QC duties across data center projects. You will oversee documentation, inspections, and coordination with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with standards and codes.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, with experience in construction documents, Bluebeam, CAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily QC responsibilities to ensure work aligns with CBRE standards.
• Oversee project documentation and inspections with site teams and vendors.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities with site subcontractors and customer representatives.
• Ensure nonconformance reports are controlled and remediated.
• Coordinate site inspections and QC meetings; prepare submittals and training as needed.
• Review customer specifications and implement approved QC plans.
