Job summary

Launching Point seeks a Quality Control Manager for large-scale data center construction. You will develop, implement, and maintain the QA/QC program to ensure architectural, structural, and MEP systems meet stringent client specs and industry standards.

You’ll lead three-phase control meetings, site quality walks, and manage submittals, punch lists, and documentation using Procore and BIM360, while ensuring compliance with NFPA, NEC, and ASHRAE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of commercial construction experience, with 3+ years as QA/QC Manager on Data Center or Mission Critical projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects with complex MEP scopes and commissioning requirements.
• Manage submittal reviews to ensure materials meet project specifications.
• Maintain real-time QA/QC logs, daily reports, inspection records, and testing results using construction management software.
• Lead site quality walks and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, NFPA, NEC, and ASHRAE standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project QA/QC Plan (QCP).
• Conduct Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up control meetings/inspections.
• Lead site quality walks and address non-conforming work.
• Manage punch list to closure prior to turnover.
• Maintain QA/QC records and testing results.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, and ASHRAE standards.
