Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a property manager.
• Data center experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Manage the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports, and variance reports.
• Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable, including rent collection and expenses.
• Ensure compliance of all customer lease agreements and obligations of Landlord and Customer.
• Coordinate with Property Management and Technical Operations teams to resolve issues for customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and oversee vendor services and performance.
• Perform regular property inspections and recommend asset-enhancement actions.
• Collaborate with Asset Manager and Technical Operations to meet corporate objectives.
