Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Property Manager in Houston to own the management and maintenance of a data center asset. The role requires leadership over staff, budgeting, and vendor coordination, ensuring lease obligations are met and the asset is operated efficiently.

You will oversee financial aspects, prepare budgets, forecasts, and regular reports while coordinating with Technical Operations and Customer teams to deliver exceptional service and asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data and decisions.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, expenditures, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasts, monthly reports, and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and rent-related processes.
• Ensure lease obligations are met and coordinate with tenants and vendors.
• Supervise and develop property management staff to deliver high performance.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and drive asset value.
