Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project/Service Team Leader to guide a dynamic field team in delivering integrated building security, life safety and automation solutions. You will mentor technicians, coordinate installs, manage safety, schedule, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have 5–7 years in relevant roles, strong programming and mechanical/electrical aptitude, and proven ability to lead projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in building automation, fire alarm, or security systems.
• Strong programming skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work without supervision.
• Excellent math and the ability to read blueprints/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service systems including building automation and life safety.
• Lead project teams and supervise subcontractors in the field.
• Identify risks and help manage costs and deadlines to stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinator to ensure on-time project completion.
