Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join a dynamic team and support growth and exceptional service delivery. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, directing, and starting up assigned projects while ensuring budget adherence and timely completion.

The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience in technical environments such as building automation, fire alarm, or electronic security systems, with strong leadership and financial acumen to drive customer

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 7-10 years relevant engineering, field service or project management.
• 5 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct projects from initiation through start-up.
• Direct project execution to meet budget and schedules with positive cash flow.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety and quality on all projects.
• Lead and mentor team members; manage high-volume or complex accounts.
