Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an Operations Construction Project Manager to lead capital and operational construction within active data centers in Los Angeles and surrounding markets. You will drive projects from business case through commissioning and financial closeout, ensuring safety, reliability, and minimal customer disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Minimum of five years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing construction in operating, mission critical facilities is required; data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital and operational construction projects in active data centers.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Design & Construction, Procurement, Legal and Finance.
