Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an Operations Construction Project Manager in Santa Clara, CA to lead end-to-end capital and operational construction within active data centers. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and operational readiness while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to minimize customer disruption.

The role requires a strong background in data center construction, budgets, procurement, and governance, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience in operating facilities preferred.
• Experience managing construction in data centers strongly preferred.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, procurement, contracting, and change management required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction projects in active data centers, ensuring safety and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, design, procurement, and legal to approve scopes and budgets.
• Manage design reviews, permitting, procurement, and contractor oversight to minimize impact on live environments.
• Prepare and maintain project records, schedules, risk registers, and change orders for governance.
