Job summary

STV seeks a Scheduler in the Dulles, VA area to support large-scale data center development, construction, and commissioning programs. You will develop, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules for complex projects serving hyperscale, colocation, and mission-critical facilities clients.

The role collaborates with project managers, construction managers, and client stakeholders to deliver schedules and reports that drive decisions across the Mid-Atlantic region and nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of scheduling experience in construction or capital improvement programs.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and schedule analysis methods.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Experience building complex schedules with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong verbal/written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules for data center design, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Create integrated master schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and startup milestones.
• Update schedules using progress information from teams, contractors, and field staff.
• Monitor schedule performance and impact on milestones and completion dates.
• Collaborate with PMs, cost engineers, and field teams to align cost and schedule data.
• Support forecasting, EVM, and project performance measurement.
• Prepare schedule performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Communicate schedule trends, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing project controls standards and best practices.
