You will apply project management methods to manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk, while building positive relationships with clients and internal teams, and mentoring others. On-site in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 5–7 years of experience in technical services, facilities management, project management, or related industry with demonstrated project execution expertise.
• Experience implementing operational processes that improve efficiency and service quality.
• Strong team collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively across organizational levels and with external clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute project deliverables by applying project management methodologies to manage scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
• Support technical services operations in data center environments and contribute to operational plans that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, coordinating with various parties to minimize facility disruptions.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships across the organization and with external clients.
• Support technical services team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Identify potential opportunities for scope expansion within assigned projects and communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support continuous improvement in technical operations and service delivery.
• Assist in department operations to maintain consistent performance standards and promote a collaborative team culture.
