Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of critical systems (HVAC, UPS, generators).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project lifecycles from planning through closeout.
• Support development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and help resolve issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting.
• Participate in procurement and vendor selection processes.
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
