Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years in management
• LEED AP, PMP and CCM designations preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks and cross-train staff.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, contracting, planning and tracking.
• Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration and closeout are accurate and compliant.
• Monitor billing, AR collection, expense monitoring and full P&L to EBITDA.
• Work cross-functionally with other business lines to meet strategic objectives.
• Identify project risks, lead reviews and develop mitigation and backup plans.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to align with stakeholders.
• Apply disciplinary knowledge to achieve team and department goals.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
