Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of hyperscale data center facilities. You will manage large teams, coordinate with owners, designers, and trade partners, and drive projects from preconstruction through turnover.

Ideal candidates bring data center/mission-critical construction expertise, strong PM leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Office. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong leadership of multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate MEP systems, subs, and commissioning activities for complex facilities.
