CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical data center projects for clients nationwide. This role focuses on managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of infrastructure delivery.

The ideal candidate has proven experience planning, managing, and engineering design-build and EPC data center projects, including power, water, networking, and civil site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of related experience managing design and/or construction projects.
• PMP certification within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects and programs for major clients in the U.S.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Oversee design-build or EPC project delivery phases (due diligence to closeout).
• Coordinate with engineers, constructors, vendors and clients for on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Forecast, invoice, and track earned value; identify risks and opportunities.
