Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to deliver complex, mission-critical data center projects for clients nationwide. You will lead scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders from concept through closeout.

The ideal candidate has data center experience including power delivery, water systems, networking and civil site development, plus PMP certification and 7+ years of related leadership experience. Hybrid/remote options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of related experience managing design and/or construction projects, including leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• PMP (PMI) certification within 12 months of hire or promotion on Approved Project Manager list.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects and programs for major U.S. clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout activities.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary project teams and manage client expectations.
