Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead delivery of complex data center projects across the United States. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while guiding cross-disciplinary teams from concept through turnover for mission-critical facilities.

The ideal candidate has experience in design build or EPC delivery, power delivery, water systems, and coordination with clients and vendors. Travel may be required; hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• 7 years of related experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects and programs for major clients in the U.S.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk; coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Oversee concept through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines, constructors, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, invoicing, and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure consistent project execution.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification
