Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager for data centers to lead delivery of complex, fast-track projects on-site in Dallas, TX and other locations.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction or facilities project management, knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction, facilities, or project management.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Project, Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of complex data center and mission-critical projects.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation; track milestones and risks.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support closeout deliverables including as-builts, O&M manuals, and warranties.
• Promote site safety and ensure compliance with project standards.
