Job summary

Olsson in the United States seeks a Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of data center engineering design projects. You will partner with project managers and technical leaders to guide projects from early planning through final construction‑ready design documents.

Work with multidisciplinary teams to keep projects moving forward, support client needs, and contribute to high-quality solutions focused on efficient land, power, and water use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; an associate degree with equivalent experience is accepted.
• 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with increasing project responsibilities.
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably coordinating multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects.
• Experience with large-scale industrial or campus-style developments is beneficial.
• Understanding of project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Help define project milestones, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and keep work aligned with goals.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination discussions.
• Track the development of engineering and architectural deliverables, including drawings and reports.
• Assist with project quality management activities and internal review processes.
• Support project budgeting, invoicing, and contract administration.
• Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts while maintaining documentation.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-building data center campuses.
