Job summary

HDR in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Manager (Data Centers) to lead and coordinate building engineering design projects across data centers, semiconductor, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. You will support the Senior PM on large-scale initiatives and drive cross-disciplinary collaboration with architects and engineers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture, with 7+ years of related experience and at least 2 years in project management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or related field.
7+ years of related project management experience.
Minimum 2+ years of project management experience.
Ability to interact with various design teams and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage all aspects of building engineering design projects (Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, Infrastructure).
Coordinate work of Architects and Engineers and support Senior PM on large-scale projects.
Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
Participate in reviews with governing agencies for compliance.
Coordinate workload and ensure documents are completed on schedule.
Track financial aspects and adjust work effort to meet schedule.
