Job summary

HDR is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to join our Building Engineering Services team in Ohio/Pennsylvania. You will lead multi-disciplinary design teams from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and marketing to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in site programming, project planning, and construction, with data center or mission-critical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with diverse design teams and strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
• Commitment to employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Coordinate work to complete documents on schedule.
• Grow a team and drive career development.
• Coordinate client relations and participate in marketing and business development.
• Forecasting, invoicing, and contract management.
• Lead project delivery from conception to completion.
• Travel to job sites or HDR offices as needed.
