Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in project management or construction of large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of design processes, contracts, and construction methodologies.
• Experience in data center construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of design efforts across multiple active projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project communication and reporting.
• Prepare and distribute regular project reports focusing on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Provide support during construction administration.
