Job summary

Batska Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee design and pre-construction activities for large-scale data center projects in Reston, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in project management, strong capabilities in design coordination, and stakeholder management, with a preference for experience in data center construction. The role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $150,000 per year, along with comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k), and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in project management or construction of large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of design processes, contracts, and construction methodologies.
• Preferably experienced in data center construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of design efforts across multiple active projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans prior to design initiation, including scope definition, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and reporting.
• Prepare and distribute regular project reports on progress, risks, and key decisions.
