Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex DB/EPC data center projects. You will oversee design, procurement, scheduling, and construction, coordinating with enterprise clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• 8+ years experience in Construction Project Management, incl. 3+ years in large-scale data center projects
• Proven ability to manage DB/EPC projects involving MEP-intensive systems

Responsibilities

• Manages DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase
• Oversees engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management
• Manages prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Ensures safety, quality, and environmental stewardship across projects
• Plans, executes, and reports on overall project performance
• Coordinates with customers for communication and satisfaction
• Monitors progress and administers changes to the prime contract
• Prepares schedules, budgets, and value reports
