Job summary

Data Center Frontier LLC is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale data center builds from Dallas, TX. The role requires 10–15 years in data center construction, with design/bid/build experience and a track record of managing $250M+ budgets.

You will coordinate with clients, A/E firms, Owner's Rep, and vendors, setting objectives and ensuring performance standards while overseeing the MEP scope of the project. Competitive salaries and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of data center construction project management experience.
• Experience with design/bid/build and existing data center fit-outs.
• Experience managing $250M+ project budgets.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Familiarity with building systems for mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize large-scale data center construction projects.
• Coordinate with client, A/E, Owner's Rep, and vendors.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Manage contracts' financials, progress billing, and equipment rentals.
• Oversee the MEP portion of the project.
