Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will ensure projects are executed within budgeted cost and time, while maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects.

This customer-facing role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across technical environments, including building automation and life-safety systems. Join a culture built on values and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years project management experience in a technical environment.
• Proactive initiative and opportunity-seeking mindset.
• Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence others.
• Financial analysis and cost-control capabilities.
• Experience managing client relationships and projects.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple small to medium projects from award to completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
• Communicate requirements to project team and maintain up-to-date records.
• Act as a trusted service provider to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services for timely completion.
• Establish milestones and analyze project costs.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and limited managerial tasks.
