Convergint is seeking a Project/Service Team Leader to join our culture of growth and integrity. You will lead a dynamic team delivering building automation, security and life safety solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You’ll manage project execution from planning through installation, coordinate with the Project Coordinator, and mentor installers and subcontractors. Travel to job sites is required as needed, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of building automation, fire alarm or electronic security systems.
• Strong programming skills and problem solving ability.
• Self-starter with ability to work without supervision.
• Read blueprints/drawings and perform complex math as needed.
• Frequent field visits; valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Aufgaben

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services systems (security, life safety, building automation).
• Operates systems to demonstrate equipment, commission new systems and analyze performance.
• May provide system integrations and data management for projects.
• Identifies project risks and helps minimize impact on costs and deadlines.
• Works with Project Coordinator on project coordination and scope changes.
• Oversees site management for timely completion within budget and contract scope.
• Supervises Project Specialists, Installers, and subcontractors; mentoring and coaching.
• Coordinates subcontractors and verifies quality standards.
• Performs other duties as requested.
