Job summary

Convergint is hiring a full-time Project Manager in Hoffman Estates, IL. You will drive project execution within budget and schedule, while maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality.

This role involves coordinating procurement, establishing milestones, and guiding teams to deliver on projects in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a collaborative effort with cross-functional teams, provide strong communication, and apply your expertise in building automation and security systems

Qualifications

5-7+ years of project management experience in a technical environment.
Experience coordinating building automation, fire alarm and/or electronic security systems projects.
PMI certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage, oversee and coordinate multiple aspects of small to medium projects from award through completion.
Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project plans.
Communicate requirements to project team and maintain accurate records of project status and costs.
