Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of technical field experience and/or project management required.
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies
• Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables
• Provide regular project updates and issue resolution to customers and stakeholders
• Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Facilitate communication between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams
• Provide leadership to Construction Managers, Supervisors, and field teams; responsible for people management, training, etc.
• Drive team KPIs to contribute to department and team scorecard success
• Uphold safety culture and ZERO safety everywhere
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed
