Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead major electrical construction projects for data centers and mission-critical developments in Northern Virginia and surrounding areas, including Chester and Suffolk.

You will own schedules and budgets for $20M–$100M projects, coordinate diverse teams, and drive estimating, takeoffs, and change orders in collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Data Center / Mission Critical experience required.
• Experience managing $20M–$100M electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, scheduling and project financials.
• Journeyman or Master Electrical License strongly preferred.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, P6, MS Project, BIM360 or CXAlloy preferred.
• Able and willing to travel/work across Northern Virginia as required.
• Willingness to work an 11/3 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects valued at $20M–$100M from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, vendors and client relationships.
• Own project schedule, budget, forecasting, change orders and financial reporting.
• Support estimating, takeoffs and change-order pricing.
• Represent the company in client and project meetings.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
