Qualifications

• Assist in driving the Change Management process.
• Assist in managing cost control, including reports, cash flow, and budgets.
• Assist in estimating/pre-construction, including scope reviews and budgets.
• Review proposals to determine timeframes, procedures, staffing, and resources.
• Monitor and update project schedules; track critical path and delays.
• Support pre-construction services such as purchase orders, subcontracting, and job costing.
• Supervise team members, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing direction and feedback.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and employees to resolve conflicts.
• Promote and reinforce Batson-Cook’s vision, mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement Change Management processes.
• Manage cost control tasks such as monthly reports, cash flow, and budgets.
• Assist in project estimating/pre-construction activities and budget generation.
• Review proposals to determine time frames, procedures, staffing, and resources.
• Monitor and update project schedules; track critical path and delays.
• Assist pre-construction services: PO creation, subcontracting, scheduling, job costing.
• Supervise employees, subcontractors, and suppliers with direction and feedback.
• Communicate with stakeholders to meet needs and resolve conflicts.
• Uphold company vision, mission and values across projects.
