Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Project Controls (Cost) Manager to join our Data Center team. You will oversee the cost lifecycle and provide financial reporting to senior leadership on large-scale developments.

You will lead cost forecasting, manage budgets, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to mitigate risks while driving on-time, within-budget delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Engineering/Construction Management, 10+ years in project controls, and

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience in project controls or cost management.
• Experience managing data center projects valued at $150M+ (3+ years preferred).
• Strong financial analysis skills; proficiency in Oracle; Procore a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost forecasting and budget development; monitor variances.
• Oversee change orders and estimate-to-complete data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to identify, quantify, and monitor project risks.
