The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, strong Oracle skills, and familiarity with Procore, plus a degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management and travel up to 25%.

• Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Oracle; experience with Procore is a significant advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive project oversight and supporting strategic decision‑making for large‑scale data center developments. You will manage the entire cost lifecycle, ensuring projects remain within approved parameters while providing critical financial reporting to senior leadership.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Reasonably expected salary range: $123,500.00 – $164,700.00
